Great news! My talk “Composing Music for In- Game Islands, Subterranean Areas and Beyond” has been accepted this year by GameSound Con. Since we all know the climate of this year, the conference will be online. I believe a lot of people will benefit from this talk as it will showcase how to write four to six minutes of music without it being monotonous in loop form.

It is a great privilege to have been asked to come and speak on a panel at the Fall Experiment 2019! The Gaming, Music, Art and Tech Expo takes place at The Wisconsin Center on October 5th and 6th. The panel is titled ” The Future of Music in Gaming and E-Sports”
I had the great pleasure of being interviewed by Transverse Audio. The interview is short and sweet; five questions with some solid in-depth answers. I give my contrast of what it feels like between beginning, part-time, and full-time composing (Stress, workload, overall, work-life balance, etc.)
A new interview has surfaced about me by the indie game news publisher Cliqust. The journalist, Alyssa Wejebe, asked some very great and different questions, which I always appreciate. She did her homework about me and I truly respect that. If you have been following my career, you’ll know that I divulge a little more about myself and journey into game audio every time.

I am very elated to announce that I will be a panelist with Rachel Presser from Sonic Toad Media and Amanda Kirk, Coordinator of RPI’s digital game hub. Our Panel is called “Your Guide to Games – Adjacent and Alternative Game Careers”.
We will discuss the shortcomings of business development in video game programs, our experiences with doing other jobs to work in the industry as independents, some advice on how to sustain and the reality of getting a job at a studio.
I am pleased to be speaking at ECGC as this will be my first time speaking here and attending. This will be fifth public speaking debut.
