Chase Bethea D.I.C.E 2026 Reflections

Super grateful for another year at D.I.C.E. There was lots of reflection. I learned a lot. I’m grateful for the folks I connected with and that welcomed to me into their spaces:  Drew Smith, James McIerney, Bryce Szandro,  Dylan, Serge, Danny o Dwyer, Chris Cheever, Michael Yagi and David (from Ascent), Alexis Nedd, Sabrina Ma, Anona Yang, Casey Baron, Morgen Stern, Vincent Edwards.

Seeing old friends, Benjamin Baraga, Nica Nour, Andrea Rene, Star Victoria,  Tyler Starks, Richie Bisso, Dave Padilla, Natalie Camacho, Laurent M, Hugo Castro,  Mia Ginae, Keisha Howard, Trinidad Hermida Black, Andy Prell, Larry Kuperman, Joe, Alejandro, Tim Cullings, Matt Stone, Jillian Mood, Hip Hop Gamer, Alex Luciano, Marcus Montgomery, Lisette Montgomery, Tim S. Finally, BIG LOVE Black Voices in Gaming for sponsoring my attendance and the D.I.C.E Awards. It is the MOST BALANCED award show organization in the industry that doesn’t show over favouristism to one game/game studio. In addition, it’s super important to be in the spaces with leaders and those that make decisions and have the opportunity to be present in there means a lot.
